What to Expect

When you arrive at the Pinnacle Animal Hospital for your appointment, you are greeted in the reception area and then escorted to an exam room by a technician. We will obtain an up-to-date weight on your pet for our records and bring you into an examination room as soon as possible. We aim to see all of our clients and patients on time. However, there are occasions when emergencies arrive and cause unexpected delays. We do our best to minimize these delays as much as possible.

Once in the examination room, the veterinarian will start the appointment by obtaining a history and checking your pet’s vital signs, followed by a thorough examination. Based on the initial examination, the veterinarian will plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary and answer any questions that you may have. Before leaving, our client care specialists will handle billing and, if necessary, schedule follow-up appointments.
